ابتدا با شلیک گلوله ساچمه ای به دست و پایش مجروح شد و سپس با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی به ناحیه ی بازو و گردن کشته شد. پیکر این جانباخته پس از یک هفته به خانواده او تحویل داده شد و بدون اجازه چاپ اعلامیه و هرگونه اطلاع رسانی در فیروزآباد فارس در کنار پیکر رها بهلولی پور به خاک سپرده شد.
