به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۲۷ اسفند ماه ۱۴۰۲، کبری بیکی، متولد: ۱۳۳۲، ساکن تهران، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، در حال سپری کردن دوران محکومیت تعزیری ۳ ساله خود است.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این زندانی سیاسی در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”خانم بیکی با توجه به کهولت سن، کیفیت نامطلوب خدمات درمانی از بیماری قلبی در رنج است و از حق اعزام به مرکز درمانی تخصصی خارج از زندان محروم شده و با توجه به اینکه همسر ۸۰ ساله وی هم در خارج از زندان تنها مانده خانم بیگی به شدت نگران است و از حق اعزام به مرخصی هم محروم شده و از مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲ در حال سپری کردن دوران حبس خود در زندان اوین است.”
این شهروند ساکن تهران، در پی فعالیتهای مدنی مسالمت آمیز خود از قبیل پخش تراکتهای اعتراضی و شعارنویسی، توسط ماموران پلیس اطلاعات و امنیت در تهران، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات در زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و سپس بازپرسی در شعبه دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، به زندان قزاچک ورامین، منتقل و چندی بعد با قید وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
کبری بیکی، در مراحل دادرسی، توسط قاضی ایمان افشاری ـ رئیس شعبه ۲۶دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و از بابت اتهام اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امیت کشور و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام به تحمل ۳ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
پس از ابلاغ حکم و اعتراض کبری بیکی، پرونده وی به شعبه ۳۶دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، ارجاع و حکم بدوی او بدون تشکیل جلسه دادرسی توسط عباسعلی حوزان و خسرو خلیلی مهدریجی، عینا تائید شد.
پس از اتمام مراحل دادرسی، کبری بیگی، در شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، ابلاغیه ای را برای اجرای حکم خود دریافت کرد و سپس در تاریخ ۲۹ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، پس از حضور در شعبه ۱ اجرای احکام دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، برای سپری کردن دوران حبس خود بازداشت و به زندان اوین، منتقل شد.
On Sunday, March 17, 2024, Kobra Beiki, born in 1953, residing in Tehran, a political prisoner held in Evin Prison, is serving her 3-year sentence.
According to a person close to the family of this political prisoner, in an interview with the Human Rights reporter in Iran: "Ms. Beiki, given her old age and the poor quality of medical services, is suffering from heart disease and has been deprived of the right to be transferred to a specialized medical center outside the prison. Considering that her 80-year-old husband is left alone outside the prison, Ms. Beiki is extremely worried and has also been deprived of the right to furlough. She has been serving her sentence in Evin Prison since September 2023."
This Tehran resident was arrested by intelligence and security police officers in Tehran for her peaceful civil activities, such as distributing protest leaflets and writing slogans. After being transferred to Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence in Evin Prison and undergoing interrogation and then investigation at Branch 33 of the Tehran Prosecutor's Office, she was moved to Qarchak Prison in Varamin and was released on bail a while later.
During the trial process, Kobra Beiki was tried by Judge Iman Afshari, head of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, and was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for the charges of assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt national security and propaganda activities against the regime.
After the verdict was issued and Kobra Beiki appealed, her case was referred to Branch 36 of the Tehran Province Court of Appeals, and her initial sentence was upheld without a court session by Abbasali Houzan and Khosrow Khalili Mahdareji.
After completing the trial process, Kobra Beiki received a notice in August 2023 to execute her sentence and was then arrested on October 21, 2023, after appearing at Branch 1 of the Sentence Enforcement Office of the Tehran Prosecutor's Office, and transferred to Evin Prison to serve her sentence.
