به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، رز سه شنبه ۱ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۳، محمدعلی مهرگانفر ـ ۱۳۳۷ در شهرستان زرقان، توسط ماموران وزارت اطلاعات، دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه پلاک ۱۰۰، منتقل شد.
به نقل از یکی فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”از تاریخ ۱ آبان ماه این پدر و دخترش توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات شیراز در منزل دخترش در شهرستان زرقان، دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه ۱۰۰ منتقل شدند از حق دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندی شان محروم شده اند
این فرد مطلع در ادامه خاطرنشان کرد:”۳۶ روز، پدر و دختر، در بازداشتگاه پلاک ۱۰۰ محبوس شده اند و پیگیری های خانواده هم علیرغم مراجعات مکرر آنها به دادسرا بی ثمر بوده است.”
تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر، از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات، روند پرونده تشکیل شده بر علیه این پدر و دختر، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
On Tuesday, October 23, 2024, Mohammad Ali Mehreganfar, born in 1958 in Zarghan County, was arrested by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence and transferred to Detention Center No. 100.
