به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز سه شنبه ۲۸ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، بهفرلاله زاری ـ حقوقدان و از زندانیان سیاسی پیشین به همراه همسر خود رضوانه احمد خانبیگی فعال مدنی و از زندانیان سیاسی پیشین، زوج ساکن تهران، در پی یورش ماموران امنیتی به منزل آنها بازداشت شدند. این زوج فعال مدنی، پیشتر هم به سبب فعالیتهای مسالمت آمیز با پرونده سازی قضای مواجه و پس از تحمل بخشی از حبس خود از زندان اوین آزاد شده بودند.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع از روند حقوقی پرونده این زوج در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”ماموران، به منزل بهفرلاله زاری و رضوانه احمد خانبیگی، یورش برده و پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی از قبیل گوشی های تلفن همراه این زوج و به همر یختن کل منزل این آنها، در نهایت آقای لاله زاری و خانم خانبیگی را بازداشت کردند و در حال حاضر آقای لاله زاری در سلول انفرادی یکی از بندهای امنیتی زندان اوین بسر می برد و همسر وی هم پ از تفهیم اتهام در شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای زندان اوین به زندان قرچک ورامین، منتقل شد.”
این فرد مطلع در ادامه افزود:”ابتدا ماموران فقط قصد بازداشت آقای لاله زاری را داشتند ولی وقتی خانم خانبیگی مانع این کار شد و به دفاع از همسرش پرداخت ماموران وی را هم دستگیر و ابتدا به بازداشتگاه پلیس امنیت تهران و سپس سلول انفرادی در زندان اوین و در نهایت به زندان قرچک ورامین منتقل کردند اما با توجه به اینکه روضانه احمد خانبیگی از بیماری صرع و تشنج در رنج است دسترسی وی به داروهای مصرفی اش قطع شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، رضوانه احمد خانبیگی، اولین مرتبه در تاریخ ۱۹ دی ماه ۱۳۹۷، توسط ماموران پلیس امنیت در حال شعارنویسی و پخش اعلامیه اعتراضی، در تهران، دستگیر و پس از تکمیل مراحل اولیه بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به بند عمومی زندان اوین منتقل و در تاریخ ۱۱ اسفند ماه ۱۳۹۷، با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱۵۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شده بود.
با آغاز مراحل دادرسی، رضوانه احمد خانبیگی، در تاریخهای ۲۷ بهمن، ۵ اسفند ماه و ۲۲ اسفند ۱۳۹۷، توسط ایمان افشاری، قاضی شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و در تاریخ ۲۷ اسفند ۱۳۹۷، از بابت اتهام (اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت داخلی و خارجی) به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیزی، به اتهام (تبلیغ علیه نظام) هم به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد که با اعمال یک درجه تخفیف در حکم صادره این فعال مدنی به اتهام (اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت داخلی و خارجی) به ۳ سال و ۹ ماه حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام (تبلیغ علیه نظام) هم به تحمل ۸ ماه حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
رضوانه احمد خانبیگی، در حالی که به حکم صادره توسط شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، اعتراض و در انتظار تشکیل جلسه دادرسی خود بود در تاریخ ۲۶ آبان ماه ۱۳۹۸، پس از یورش خشونت آمیز ۱۲ تن از ماموران قرارگاه ثارلله سازمان اطلاعات سپاه پاسداران به منزل شخصی وی و تفتیش و تقیف برخی لوازم شخصی مجددا وی را بازداشت و پس از انتقال وی به سلول انفرادی در بند امنیتی ۲ الف سپاه واقع در زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی ها در تاریخ ۲۱ آذر ماه ۱۳۹۸، به بند عمومی زندان اوین منتقل شد.
رضوانه احمد خانبیگی، در دومین پرونده قضایی خود در تاریخ ۱۲ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸، توسط محمدرضا عموزاد مهدریجی ـ رئیس وقت شعبه ۲۴ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و در تاریخ ۱۳ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸، از بابت اتهام (اجتماع و تبانی بر ضد امنیت داخلی کشور) و (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) در مجموع به ۶ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم و این حکم در تاریخ ۲۱ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۳۹۹ توسط شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران عیناً تائید شد در نهایت، رضوانه احمد خانبیگی، در تاریخ ۶ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۰، پس از سپری کردن بخشی از مجموع حبس تعزیری ۵ ساله خود از زندان اوین، آزاد شده بود.
On Tuesday, September 19, 2023, Behforlaleh Zari, a lawyer and former political prisoner, along with his wife, Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi, a civil activist and former political prisoner, were arrested following a raid by security forces on their home. This couple, civil activists residing in Tehran, had previously faced judicial proceedings due to their peaceful activities and were released from Evin Prison after serving part of their sentences.
According to a source familiar with the legal proceedings of this couple’s case, in an interview with a Human Rights in Iran reporter: “The agents raided the home of Behforlaleh Zari and Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi, searched the house, confiscated some personal belongings such as the couple’s mobile phones, and ransacked the entire house. Ultimately, Mr. Zari and Ms. Khanbeigi were arrested. Currently, Mr. Zari is in solitary confinement in one of the security wards of Evin Prison, and his wife, after being charged, was transferred to Qarchak Varamin Prison.”
The informed source added: “Initially, the agents intended only to arrest Mr. Zari, but when Ms. Khanbeigi intervened and defended her husband, they arrested her as well. She was first taken to the Tehran Security Police detention center, then to solitary confinement in Evin Prison, and finally transferred to Qarchak Varamin Prison. However, considering that Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi suffers from epilepsy and seizures, her access to medication has been cut off.”
It is worth mentioning that Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi was first arrested on January 9, 2019, by security police officers while writing slogans and distributing protest leaflets in Tehran. After completing the initial interrogation procedures and being charged, she was transferred to the public ward of Evin Prison and was released on March 2, 2019, after posting a bail of 150 million tomans.
With the start of the legal proceedings, Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi was tried on February 16, February 24, and March 13, 2019, by Iman Afshari, the judge of Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, and on March 18, 2019, she was sentenced to 5 years in prison for “assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt internal and external security” and 1 year in prison for “propaganda against the regime.” With a reduction in the sentence, this civil activist was sentenced to 3 years and 9 months in prison for “assembly and collusion with the intent to disrupt internal and external security” and 8 months in prison for “propaganda against the regime.”
While appealing the verdict issued by Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court and awaiting her court session, Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi was re-arrested on November 17, 2019, after a violent raid by 12 agents from the Sarallah Base of the IRGC Intelligence Organization on her home, during which some personal belongings were searched and confiscated. She was then transferred to solitary confinement in Ward 2A of the IRGC in Evin Prison and, after undergoing interrogation procedures, was moved to the public ward of Evin Prison on December 12, 2019.
In her second legal case, Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi was tried on February 1, 2020, by Mohammadreza Amouzad Mahdareji, the then head of Branch 24 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, and on February 2, 2020, she was sentenced to a total of 6 years in prison for “assembly and collusion against the internal security of the country” and “propaganda activities against the regime.” This sentence was confirmed on May 10, 2020, by Branch 36 of the Tehran Court of Appeals. Ultimately, Rezvaneh Ahmad Khanbeigi was released from Evin Prison on July 28, 2021, after serving part of her total 5-year sentence.
