به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، سحرگاه امروز چهارشنبه ۸ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، ایوب کریمی، شهروند اهل سنت و زندانی عقیدتی محبوس در زندان قرلحصار کرج، اعدام شد.
براساس این گزارش، ایوب کریمی، از نه روز قبل، برای اجرای حکم اعدام، از بند عمومی زندان قزلحصار کرج به سلول انفرادی منتقل شده بود و حکم اعدام وی بدون انجام آخرین ملاقات وی با خانواده اش اجرا شد.
لازم به اشاره است، ایوب کریمی در پرونده ای مشترک به همراه قاسم آبسته، انور خضری، داوود عبداللهی، خسرو بشارت، فرهاد سلیمی و کامران شیخه، ابتدا در سال ۱۳۹۴، با اتهامات عضویت در گروه های سلفی ، تبلیغ علیه نظام ، محاربه ، اقدام علیه امنیت ملی و افساد فی الارض به اعدام محکوم شدند ولی حکم صادره توسط دیوان عالی کشور، نقض شد اما انور خضری و خسرو بشارت، در پرونده ای دیگر به اتهام مشارکت در قتل هر یک به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری و کامران شیخه هم مجددا به اعدام محکوم شده بودند.
پس از ارجاع پرونده به شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران بعنوان شعبه هم عرض، ایوب کریمی، به همراه سیدقاسم آبسته، سیدداوود عبداللهی، خسرو بشارت، فرهاد سلیمی و کامران شیخه، در تاریخ های ۲۷، ۲۸ و ۲۹ خرداد ۱۳۹۸، پس از ۱۰ سال بلاتکلیفی، توسط شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست ابوالقاسم صلواتی، از بابت اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی از طریق مبارزه مسلحانه ـ بغی ، محاکمه و در تاریخ ۱۴ مردادماه ۱۳۹۸، به اعدام محکوم شدند و احکام صادره بر علیه این شهروندان اهل سنت، در تاریخ ۱۴ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸، توسط علی رازینی، قاضی شعبه ۴۱ دیوان عالی کشور، عیناً تائید شد.
همچنین، در زمانی که احکام اعدام صادره بر علیه این ۷ شهروند اهل سنت در بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸، در شعبه ۴۱ دیوان عالی کشور تائید شده بود یکی از خانواده های این زندانیان با اشراف کامل بر پرونده این افراد به حقوق بشر در ایران گفته بود: “قبل از بازداشت جملگی این ۷ نفر در سال ۱۳۸۸ و با فاصله های زمانی ۱ یا ۲ از یکدیگر یک روحانی اهل سنت بنام ابوبکر تینا که بعنوان رهبر اعتراضات شهروندی از سوی ارگانهای امنیتی از قبیل اداره اطلاعات مهاباد شناخته شده بود و تا قبل از قتل این روحانی اهل سنت تجمعات اعتراضی بسیاری از سوی شهروندان با هدف دستیابی به مطالبات شهروندیشان برگزار می شد اما بعد از به قتل رسیدن این فعال مذهبی اهل سنت که در راستای احقاق حقوق شهروندی شهروندان در استان کردستان فعالیت می کرد این تجمعات به شکل منسجمی برگزار نشده و این امر باعث مقصر شناخته شدن اداره اطلاعات مهاباد بعنوان عامل قتل این روحانی سنی مذهب از سوی شهروندان مهاباد باشد.”
ایوب کریمی به همراه ۷ متهم دیگر این پرونده، پس از بازداشت در تاریخ ۱۹ بهمن ۱۳۸۸، به سلول های انفرادی در اداره اطلاعات ارومیه منتقل و ۸ ماه در آن بازداشتگاه بطور بلاتکلیف نگهداری شدند. جملگی این افراد سپس به زندان اوین منتقل و مدت ۶ ماه را در سلول های انفرادی بند ۲۴۰ و ۲۰۹ اوین به سر بردند و پس از تحمل ۶ ماه سلول انفرادی و بلاتکلیفی در زندان اوین، به بند ۳۵۰ این زندان منتقل و بعد از گذشت ۲۰ روز نیز در ۲۵ فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۱، به زندان رجایی شهر کرج منتقل شدند اما پس ذاز اعلام تعطیلی این زندان در تاریخ ۱۰ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، از اندرزگاه ۷ سالن ۲۱ زندان رجائی شهر کرج به زندان قزلحصار کرج منتقل شدند.

After referring the case to branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court as a parallel branch, Ayoub Karimi, along with Seyed Ghasem Abesteh, Seyed Davoud Abdollahi, Khosro Besharat, Farhad Salimi and Kamran Sheikheh, on 17th, 18th and 19th June 2019, after 10 years undecided, they were sentenced to death by the 15th branch of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran headed by Abolqasem Salvati, for the charge action against national security through armed struggleinsurgency , tried and sentenced to death on August 5, 2019, and the verdicts issued against these Sunni citizens , on February3, 2020, by Ali Razini, judge of the 41st branch of the Supreme Court, it was confirmed exactly.
Also, when the death sentences issued against these 7 Sunni citizens were confirmed in the 41st branch of the Supreme Court in February 2020, one of the families of these prisoners, with complete respect for the case of these people, said to human rights in Iran: "Before the arrest of all these 7 people in 2010 and with time intervals of 1 or 2 from each other, there was a Sunni cleric named Abu Bakr Tina, who was known as the leader of citizen protests by security agencies such as the Mahabad Intelligence Department, and until the murder this Sunni cleric, many protest gatherings were held by the citizens with the aim of achieving their citizenship demands, but after the murder of this Sunni religious activist who was working for the rights of citizens in Kurdistan province, these gatherings were not held in a coherent manner. This will cause the Mahabad Intelligence Department to be blamed for the murder of this Sunni cleric by the citizens of Mahabad."
Ayoub Karimi along with 7 other defendants in this case, after being arrested on 8th of February 2010, were transferred to solitary cells in Orumiyeh Intelligence Department and were kept in that detention center for 8 months. All of these people were then transferred to Evin prison and spent 6 months in the solitary cells of Ward 240 and 209 of Evin, and after enduring 6 months of solitary confinement and uncertainty in Evin prison, they were transferred to Ward 350 of this prison and after 20 days Also on April 13, 2012, they were transferred to the Rajaei Shahr Prison in Karaj, but after the announcement of the closure of this prison on August 1, 2023, they were transferred to Ghezelhesar Prison in Karaj from the 7th hall of the 21st Hall of the Rajai Shahr Prison in Karaj.
