محمدرضا آهنگر ۲۱ساله، روز پنجشنبه ۱۸دی۱۴۰۴ در اعتراضات خیابان «کاشانی» در فلکه دوم «صادقیه» در غرب تهران با شلیک مستقیم گلوله ماموران حکومتی به سرش کشته شد. شاهدان عینی می گویند به او در تجمع مقابل بیمارستان «ابن سینا» از بالای یک برج شلیک شد.
