به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۲۰ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۳، محبوب حبیبی، شهروند بهایی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی شیراز، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
لازم به ذکر است، محبوب حبیبی، در تاریخ ۷ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، در شهر شیراز، دستگیر و برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده قضایی به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان فارس، موسوم به پلاک ۱۰۰ و چندی بعد به زندان عادل آباد مرکزی شیراز منتقل شده بود.
پرونده قضایی تشکیل شده بر علیه محبوب حبیبی به شعبه ۱۴ بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شیراز، منتقل و یک جلسه بازپرسی برای این شهروند بهایی توسط بازپرس خسروانی ـ رئیس شعبه ۱۴ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شیراز، برگزار شده اما هنوز با آزادی وی موافقت نشده است.
بازداشت محبوب حبیبی، پس از آن صورت گرفته که در تاریخ ۲۸ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۳، نگار مثاقیان ـ همسر محبوب حبیبی هم توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات شیراز، دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه پلاک ۱۰۰ منتقل و پس از تفهیم اتهام، چندی بعد با تودیعه وثیقه آزاد شد.
محبوب حبیبی، پیشتر هم در پی فعالیتهای مسالمت آمیز خود با پرونده سازی قضایی مواجه و به تحمل حبس تعزیری محکوم شده بود و پس از تحمل دوران حبس تعزیری خود آزاد شده بود.

The judicial case against Mahboub Habibi was transferred to Branch 14 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Shiraz, and an interrogation session for this Baha'i citizen was held by Investigator Khosravani, the head of Branch 14 of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Shiraz. However, his release had not yet been approved.
Mahboub Habibi's arrest occurred after his wife, Negar Mesaghian, was also arrested by Shiraz Intelligence Department officers on September 18, 2024, and transferred to Plaque 100 detention center. She was released on bail shortly after being informed of the charges against her.
Previously, Mahboub Habibi had faced judicial cases due to his peaceful activities and had been sentenced to serve a prison term. He was released after serving his sentence.
