On Friday, February 16, 2024, Parvin Mirasan, detained and in limbo in Evin Prison, remains in uncertainty with a temporary detention order after more than 15 months since her arrest and undergoing interrogation, investigation, and two court hearings.

These citizens were arrested in the cities of Isfahan and Shiraz in November 2022 and, after being transferred to Evin Prison and undergoing interrogation, were moved to the general wards of that prison and remain in uncertainty. She is the wife of Nasrollah Fallahi and the mother of Arghavan Fallahi, with all three accused in a joint case.

Parvin Mirasan suffers from joint swelling due to lupus arthritis, cardiovascular problems, diabetes, Parkinson's slow movement syndrome, and troubled sleep syndrome. Due to inadequate medical services in prison, she has even been deprived of the right to treatment and transfer to a specialized medical center.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز جمعه ۲۷ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، پروین میرآسان، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان اوین، پس از گذشت بیش از ۱۵ ماه از تاریخ بازداشت و طی مراحل بازجویی ها، بازپرسی و برگزاری ۲ جلسه دادرسی، بطور بلاتکلیف و با قرار بازداشت موقت بسر میبرد.

این شهروندان از تاریخ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۱،، در شهرهای اصفهان و شیراز، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی ها به بندهای عمومی آن زندان منتقل و در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد. وی همسر نصرالله فلاحی و مادر ارغوان فلاحی است که هر سه متهم در پرونده ای مشترک هستند.

پروین میرآسان، از بیماری توروم مفاصل لوپوس مفصلی ، مشکلات قلب و عروق، دیابت، پارکیسنون کندی حرکت ابتلا به سندروم خواب پریشان، در رنج است و با توجه به خدمات درمانی نامناسب در زندان حتی از حق درمان و اعزام به مرکز درمانی تخصصی هم محروم شده است.
