On the night of Thursday, January 8, 2026, "Mohammad Goli" was killed by direct fire from repressive forces during protests in Najafabad. According to eyewitness accounts, when he saw that officers from Police Station 12 were shooting at people from inside the building, he attempted to block the station's entrance with a fire truck, but was hit by more than 11 bullets and died on the spot.
