Qasem Vahedi Nasirmahalleh a 52yearold Gilak citizen from the town of Shaft was killed on January 9 2026 after being shot with live ammunition in the Ziabari area of the city of Rasht.
According to informed sources after his death security institutions prevented the holding of any public funeral or memorial ceremonies. It was reported that Qasem Vahedi Nasirmahallehs family was placed under severe pressure and forced to sign a written undertaking to falsely present him as a member of the Basij.
His body was ultimately buried at Nasirmahalleh Mosque in Shaft without any public ceremony under security restrictions—constituting a serious violation of the familys right to dignity truth and public mourning.

به گفته منابع مطلع پس از جان باختن او نهادهای امنیتی از برگزاری هرگونه مراسم عمومی برای وی جلوگیری کرده اند. همچنین گزارش شده است که خانواده قاسم ولدی تحت فشار قرار گرفته و از آنان تعهد کتبی گرفته شده تا پیکر او به عنوان «بسیجی» معرفی شود. در نهایت پیکر این شهروند در مسجد نصیرمحله شفت و بدون برگزاری مراسم عمومی به خاک سپرده شده است.
