به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز چهارشنبه ۲۲ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، امیرحسین آقایی، ساکن شهر تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
براساس این گزارش، ماموران امنیتی پس از بازداشت امیرحسین آقایی وی را برای تشکیل پرونده قضایی به دادسرا و پس از صدور قرار بازداشت موقت ۱ ماهه به زندان مرکزی تبریز، منتقل کردند.
تا لحظه تنظیم این گزارش، از دلایل بازداشت، محل نگهداری و اتهامات مطروحه علیه امیرحسین آقایی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
