Comment: Davoud Hajati, born in 1987, married and the father of three children, originally from Izeh and a resident of Baharestan, Isfahan, was killed after being shot directly in the heart with live ammunition by the Islamic Republic regime’s security forces on 9 January 2026, on Shamshad Boulevard in Baharestan. The Islamic Republic forced his family to sign an undertaking to bury his body at night and prohibited them from holding any memorial ceremony. His body was buried on 19 January 2026 at 10:00 p.m. in Izeh, in the village of Baloutak-e Sheikhan, at Seyyed Saleh Cemetery
