On Sunday, September 10, 2023, Hassan Kheirkhah, born in 1959, a resident of Mashhad, the capital of Razavi Khorasan Province, has been held in an uncertain situation in Sanandaj Central Prison for 12 days since his arrest and during interrogation processes. By order of the prosecutor, he is deprived of the right to make phone calls and even meet with his family.

A person close to this citizen's family told the Human Rights reporter in Iran: "The basis for Mr. Kheirkhah's arrest by the Sanandaj Intelligence Department was cited as causing unrest, meaning he came from Mashhad to Sanandaj with the intention of causing unrest. However, in reality, he only went to Kurdistan to visit the grave of Mahsa (Jina) Amini. Unfortunately, he was arrested at a checkpoint in Baneh County. Currently, 12 days after his arrest, he is deprived of the right to contact his family, meaning even if his family travels from Mashhad to visit him in Sanandaj Prison, they are not allowed to meet him."

It should be noted that Hassan Kheirkhah, on August 29, 2023, along with his wife Zeynab Roudmajani, his child Elaheh Kheirkhah, and his 15-year-old grandchild, was arrested at a checkpoint in Baneh County, Kurdistan Province, while returning to Mashhad. However, after a few hours, only Zeynab Roudmajani, her child Elaheh Kheirkhah, and her 15-year-old daughter were released. Hassan Kheirkhah was transferred to the detention center of the Sanandaj Intelligence Department, the capital of Kurdistan Province, for case formation and then moved to Sanandaj Central Prison.

On Sunday, September 17, 2023, Hassan Kheirkhah, from Mashhad and detained at the Sanandaj Intelligence Department detention center, was transferred to Baneh County Prison after completing interrogations. According to an informed person speaking to the Human Rights reporter in Iran: "Mr. Kheirkhah announced in a brief call on Sunday this week that he was transferred from Sanandaj Central Prison to Baneh Prison. The reason for this transfer was stated as the completion of his interrogations in Sanandaj, and since the case formed against him is in Baneh County, he was transferred to that county's prison."

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز یکشنبه ۱۹ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، حسن خیرخواه، متولد: ۱۳۳۸، اهل و ساکن شهر مشهد مرکز استان خراسان رضوی، با توجه به گذشت ۱۲ روز از تاریخ دستگیری و طی مراحل بازجویی ها در وضعیت بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی سندج بسر می برد و بنا به دستور دادستان از حق برقراری تماس تلفنی و حتی ملاقات با خانواده خود نیز محروم است.

به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این شهروند در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”مبنی بازداشت آقای خیرخواه از سوی اداره اطلاعت شهر سنندج اغتشاش عنوان شده یعنی وی از مشهد به قصد اغتشاش به شهر سنندج آمده بود اما در حقیقت وی فقط برای حضور در مزار مهسا(ژینا) امینی به کردستان رفته بود که متاسفانه در ایست بازرسی شهرستان بانه دستگیر شد در حال حاضر پس از گذشت ۱۲ روز از تاریخ دستگیری از حق تماس تلفنی با خانواده خود محروم شده است و این یعنی حتی اگر خانواده وی از مشهد برای ملاقات هم به زندان سنندج مراجعه کنند اجازه ملاقات به آنها نمی دهند.”

لازم به اشاره است، حسن خیرخواه، در تاریخ ۷ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، به همراه همسرش زینب رودمعجنی و فرزندش الهه خیرخواه و نوه ۱۵ ساله اش، هنگامی که در حال بازگشت به مشهد بودند در ایست بازرسی شهرستان بانه از توابع استان کردستان، دستگیر شدند اما پس از چند ساعت فقط زینب رودمعجنی و فرزندش اله خیرخواه و دختر ۱۵ ساله اش، آزاد شدند ولی حسن خیرخواه، برای تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات سنندج، مرکز استان کردستان منتقل و سپس به زندان مرکزی سنندج منتقل شد.

روز یکشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، حسن خیرخواه، اهل مشهد و محبوس در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات شهر سنندج، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها به زندان شهرستان بانه منتقل شد. به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”آقای خیرخواه روز یکشنبه هفته جاری در تماس کوتاهی اعلام کرد از زندان مرکزی سنندج به زندان بانه منتقل شده و علت این انتقال، اتمام بازجویهای وی در سنندج عنوان شده و چون پرونده تشکیل شده بر علیه او در شهرستان بانه است به همین علت به زندان آن شهرستان منتقل شده است.”
