به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز سه شنبه ۲۳ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، امیرحسین یاری پور، ساکن استان تهران و محبوس در زندان اوین، علیرغم گذشت چند ماه از تاریخ دستگیری بطور بلاتکلیف محبوس و از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم هست.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این ۲ متهم سیاسی در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایرانامیرحسین یاری پور هم دوران بازجویی خود را در بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات سپری کرده اما با توجه به مخالفت دادستان و صابط امنیتی پرونده قرار پرونده او بازداشت موقت است.
امیرحسین یاری پور، هم اوایل دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران پلیس اطلاعات و امنیت نیروی انتظامی در تهران، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بند ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات واقع در زندان اوین و طی مراحل بازجویی ها به اندرزگاه ۴ آن زندان، منتقل شد.

A person close to the family of these two political detainees told the Human Rights in Iran reporter that Amirhossein Yari Pour has completed his interrogation period in Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence. However, due to the opposition of the prosecutor and the security officer handling the case, his case has been designated for temporary detention.
Amirhossein Yari Pour was arrested in early January 2024 by the Information and Security Police of the Law Enforcement Force in Tehran. After being transferred to Ward 209 of the Ministry of Intelligence located in Evin Prison and undergoing interrogation procedures, he was moved to Ward 4 of the prison.
