به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۲۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، آزاد حاجی میرزایی، اهل و ساکن شهر سنندج مرکز استان کردستان، توسط ماموران امنیتی در آن شهر، بازداشت شد.
یک مطلع در تشریح این خبر به وبسایت کُردپا اعلام کرد:”ماموران امنیتی در حال که آقای حاجی میرزایی در منزل خود بود با یورش به آن مکان و تفتیش و توقیف برخی لوازم سپس وی را بازداشت کردند.”
تا لحظه انتشار این خبر، از نام نهاد امنیتی دستگیر کننده، مکان نگهداری و از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات یا اتهامی که منجر به بازداشت آزاد حاجی میرزائی شده اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
