A well-informed source who spoke with a member of the deceased's family confirmed the news to Kurdpa, stating that "Hasan Ali Nowruzi Samaleh," a 54-year-old Kurdish citizen from Kermanshah residing in Mashhad, was killed during the widespread massacre of people, likely around January 8 or 9, 2026. He was shot with live ammunition by the suppressive forces of the Islamic Republic during the popular protests in Mashhad and lost his life.
According to this informed source, the Nowruzi Samaleh family, after some time without any news about his fate, concluded that Mr. Nowruzi was killed during the protests. When the family approached the relevant authorities to retrieve his body, they were only shown his grave in the cemetery and were told that this is his burial site.

یک منبع مطلع که با یکی از اعضای خانواده این جان باخته گفت وگو کرده، ضمن تأیید این خبر به کُردپا گفت؛ «حسنعلی نوروزی سامله»، شهروند ۵۴ ساله کُرد اهل کرمانشاه و ساکن مشهد، که به طور دقیق مشخص نیست در چه تاریخی کشته شده است، اما به احتمال زیاد هم زمان با کشتار گسترده مردم در روزهای ۱۸ یا ۱۹ دی ۱۴۰۴ بوده، در جریان اعتراضات مردمی مشهد هدف شلیک مستقیم گلوله جنگی نیروهای سرکوب جمهوری اسلامی قرار گرفته و جان خود را از دست داده است.
به گفته این منبع آگاه، خانواده «نوروزی سامله» پس از مدتی بی خبری از سرنوشت او، به این نتیجه می رسند که آقای نوروزی در جریان اعتراضات کشته شده است. زمانی که خانواده برای تحویل پیکر به نهادهای مربوطه مراجعه می کنند، به آن ها تنها مزار او در آرامستان نشان داده می شود و گفته می شود که این محل دفن اوست.
بر اساس گفته های خانواده، نیروهای سرکوب و نهادهای امنیتی بدون اطلاع و رضایت خانواده، پیکر این جان باخته را به خاک سپرده اند.
خانواده همچنین سایت رسمی اموات مشهد را بررسی کرده اند، اما متوجه شده اند که نام هیچ یک از جان باختگان در آن ثبت نشده است.
