به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۱ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، شهاب نادعلی، متولد: ۱۳۶۲، متاهل، دارای ۱ دختر ۱۲ ساله، اهل و ساکن همدان، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان اوین، پس از گذشت بیش از ۱۰۳ روز از تاریخ دستگیری از حقوق اولیه یک متهم محروم است.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این متهم در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”مبنی بازداشت آقای نادعلی، فعالیتهای وی در فضای مجازی و ارتباط وی با برخی افراد سیاسی، عنوان شده و پس از گذشت ۱۰۳ روز از بازداشت و مراحل بازجویی ها در بند ۲۰۹ و ۲۴۰ زندان اوین، در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد.”
لازم به اشاره است، شهاب نادعلی، در تاریخ ۱۷ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، در استان همدان، توسط ماموران امنیتی، دستگیر و با توجه به اینکه ضابط پرونده وی وزارت اطلاعات در تهران بود او را برای بازجویی ها و تشکیل پرونده به بند ۲۰۹ آ» نهاد امنیتی و سپس بند ۲۴۰ حفاظت اطلاعات قوه قضائیه منتقل کردند.
با توجه به عدم پاسخگویی صحیح از سوی بازپرسی و نهاد امنیتی دستگیر کننده به خانواده این متهم از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات شهاب نادعلی تا این لحظه اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
