به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کُردپا، روز شنبه ۲۲ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، کاوه کریمیان، فعال مدنی و از اعضای انجمن محیط زیستی سبز چیا، ساکن توابع شهرستان مریوان در استان کردستان، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، از مصادیق حقوقی اتهامات و میزان وثیقه تودیع شده برای آزادی موقت کاوه کریمیان، اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، کاوه کریمیان، در تاریخ ۱۹ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در روستای نچی از توابع شهرستان مریوان، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه یکی از نهادهای امنیتی در استان کردستان طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در شعبه بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب مریوان به زندان آن شهرستان منتقل شده بود.
