روز دوشنبه ۲۶ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۴، محسن صادق پور کردمهینی، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، پس از تحمل بخشی از حبس لازم به اجرای خود با اعمال عفو مناسبتی آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی محسن صادق پور کردمهینی، پس از اعمال عفو موردی به پرونده قضایی وی صورت گرفته است.
محسن کیارش صادق پور کردمهینی، در تاریخ ۲۵ خردادماه ۱۴۰۱، توسط شعبه ۳۶ دادگاه تجدیدنظر استان تهران، به اتهام«اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور»به تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری و از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» هم به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد و این حکم در تاریخ ۲۵ مردادماه ۱۴۰۱، به این فعال سیاسی ابلاغ شد. با اعمال به ماده ۱۳۴ قانون مجازات اسلامی و تجمیع احکام، مجازات اشد یعنی تحمل ۵ سال حبس تعزیری برای وی لازم به اجرا شده بود.
محسن کیارش صادق پور کردمیهنی، در تاریخ ۱۳شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۱، با توجه به احضار قبلی برای سپری کردن دوران حبس تعزیری ۵ ساله خود پس از مراجعه به شعبه ۱ اجرای احکام دادسرای زندان اوین بازداشت شد.
همچنین، این فعال سیاسی، در مرحله بدوی دادرسی خود در تاریخ ۶ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۷، توسط در شعبه ۲۸دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی وقت شعبه مذکور، محمد مقیسه، با اتهامات «اجتماع و تبانی به قصد برهم زدن امنیت کشور» و «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» محاکمه شده بود.
محسن کیارش صادق پور کردمهینی، اواسط سال ۱۳۹۷، توسط ماموران قرارگاه ثارالله اطلاعات سپاه در تهران بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه این ارگان امنیتی و طی مراحل بازجوئی و تفهیم در مهر ماه همان سال با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شده بود.
