به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کردپا، روز سه شنبه ۲۳ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، سولماز حسن زاده، متهم سیاسی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی ارومیه، پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی سولماز حسن زاده، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان و تفهیم اتهام وی در مرحله بازپرسی صورت گرفته است.
علیرغم آزادی سولماز حسن زاده، با تودیع وثیقه از مصادیق حقوقی اتهام تفهیم شده به وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، سولماز حسن زاده، در تاریخ ۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، پس از یورش نیروهای امنیتی به منزل این خانواده به همراه پدرش ـ احمد حسن زاده، در شهرستان بوکان از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، دستگیر و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی ارومیه منتقل شده بود.
سولماز حسن زاده، پیش از این هم در تاریخ ۱۴ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲ هم به همراه پدرش ـ احمد حسن زاده، بصورت تلفنی به اداره اطلاعات شهرستان بوکان، احضار و تحت بازجویی قرار گرفته بود.
سولماز حسن زاده، در تاریخ ۵ مهر ماه ١۴٠٢هم توسط نیروهای امنیتی در آن شهرستان، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها آزاد شده بود.
