به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۱۶ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، آیدین سلیمان محمدی ساکن استان اردبیل، توسط نیروهای امنیتی، بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران تشریح کرد:”آیدین سلیمان محمدی، در پی یورش ماموران امنیتی به محل کار وی بازداشت شده است.”
لازم به اشاره است، آیدین سلیمان محمدی، پیشتر هم در جریان تظاهرات اعتراضی که در سال ۱۳۸۵ برگزار شده بود توسط ماموران امنیتی بازداشت شده بود.
در تاریخ هفدهم بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲به نقل از هرانا او در زندان اوین در حال بلاتکلیفی بسر میبرد.
