به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز شنبه ۱۳ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۳، وفا احمدپور، خواننده و فعال مدنی، در حال تحمل دوران حبس تعزیری«تحت نظارت قضایی» خود است.
صفحه رسمی منتسب به وفا احمدپور، با انتشار عکسی این زندانی سیاسی اعلام کرد:”از زندان به زندانی دیگر. بعد از ۹ ماه حبس در عادل آباد شیراز و اوین، حالا حکم جدیدم شروع شده؛ نه ماه حبس با پابند الکترونیکی، و ۲ سال منع خروج از کشور. جرمم؟ خوندن و حضور بر مزار عزیزای جاویدنامان.”
این زندانی سیاسی، در تاریخ ۲۳ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۳، از زندان عادل آباد شیراز به زندان اوین، منتقل شد و چندی پیش در پی فوت پدرش از حق حضور در مراسم تدفین و ترحیم وی محروم شده بود اما در تاریخ ۱۹ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۳، برای مدت ۳ روز به مرخصی اعزام و در تاریخ ۲۲ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۳، برای تحمل ادامه حبس، به زندان اوین، بازگشته بود و در تاریخ ۳۰ دی ماه ۱۴۰۳، پس از سپری کردن حبس تعزیری خود آزاد شد.
لازم به ذکر است، جلسه دادرسی به اتهامات وفا احمدپور، در تاریخ ۱۶ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط قاضی سید محمود ساداتی ـ رئیس شعبه اول دادگاه انقلاب شیراز برگزار و این شهروند از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام» به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری با پابند الکترونیکی، دو سال منع خروج از کشور و ۲ سال منع فعالیت در فضای مجازی، محکوم شد.
وفا احمدپور، در دیگر پرونده قضایی خود در تاریخ ۲۷ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط قاضی شعبه داگاه انقلاب شیراز از بابت اتهامات «اجتماع و تبانی» و «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، محاکمه شده بود اما هنوز حکمی به وی ابلاغ نشده بود.
وفا احمدپور، دومین مرحله در تاریخ ۲۰ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و برای بازجویی و تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه پلاک ۱۰۰ اداره کل اطلاعات استان فارس، منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان عادل آباد شیراز منتقل شد اما با توجه به اینکه در دیگر پرونده قضایی خود به تحمل ۱ سال حبس محکوم شده بود و پس از تسلیم به رای و کاهش ۱ چهارم در مجموع تحمل ۹ ماه حبس با احتساب روزهای بازداشت اول از بابت دستگیری همان پرونده لازم به اجرا و در حال تحمل دوران حبس خود است ولی برای پرونده دوم وی وثیقه ای به میزان ۵ میلیارد تومان صادر شده است.
همچنین، پیش از این هم در تاریخ ۲۶ فرودین ماه ۱۴۰۳، وفا احمدپور، توسط قاضی سیدعلی مظلوم ـ رئیس شعبه ۲۹ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، محاکمه و اوایل اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده و درخواست تسلیم به رای داده بود.
این هنرمند، نخستین مرتبه در تاریخ ۱۵ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در تهران، دستگیر و پس از تفتیش منزل و توقیف برخی لوازم شخصی اش، برای بازجویی و تفهیم اتهام به بند امنیتی ۲۰۹ وزارت اطلاعات منتقل و در تاریخ ۳۰ یهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
