به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کُردپا، سحرگاه امروز سه شنبه ۱۲ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، داوود عبداللهی، اهل شهرستان مهاباد از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، شهروند اهل سنت و زندانی عقیدتی محبوس در زندان قزلحصار کرج، اعدام شد.
براساس این گزارش، حکم اعدام داوود عبداللهی، در حالی انجام شد که این شهروند اهل سنت ۱۴ سال حبس را در زندانهای رجایی شهر و قزلحصار تحمل کرد و جسد این زندانی عقیدتی، به خانواده وی تحویل داده شد. او در تاریخ ۵ دی ماه ۱۴۰۲، در پی انتقال به سلول انفرادی برای اجرای حکم اعدام، اعتصاب غذا کرده بود.
سیدداوود عبداللهی، در خرداد ۱۳۹۸، پس از ۱۰ سال بلاتکلیفی، توسط شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست ابوالقاسم صلواتی، از بابت اتهام اقدام علیه امنیت ملی از طریق مبارزه مسلحانه ـ بغی ، محاکمه و در تاریخ ۱۴ مردادماه ۱۳۹۸، به اعدام محکوم شد و احکام صادره بر علیه این شهروند اهل سنت، در تاریخ ۱۴ بهمن ماه ۱۳۹۸، توسط علی رازینی، قاضی شعبه ۴۱ دیوان عالی کشور، عیناً تائید شد.
این شهروند اهل سنت، پس از بازداشت در تاریخ ۱۹ بهمن ۱۳۸۸، به سلول های انفرادی در اداره اطلاعات ارومیه منتقل و ۸ ماه در آن بازداشتگاه بطور بلاتکلیف نگهداری شد. جملگی این افراد سپس به زندان اوین منتقل و مدت ۶ ماه را در سلول های انفرادی بند ۲۴۰ و ۲۰۹ اوین به سر برد و پس از تحمل ۶ ماه سلول انفرادی و بلاتکلیفی در زندان اوین، به بند ۳۵۰ این زندان منتقل و بعد از گذشت ۲۰ روز نیز در ۲۵ فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۱، به زندان رجایی شهر کرج منتقل شد.
داوود عبداللهی، در پرونده ای که به همراه جمعی دیگری از شهروندان اهل سنت به نامهای خسرو بشارت، فرهاد سلیمی و کامران شیخه، در سال ۱۳۹۴ با اتهامات عضویت در گروه های سلفی ، تبلیغ علیه نظام ، محاربه ، اقدام علیه امنیت ملی و افساد فی الارض توسط محمد مقیسه ـ قاضی وقت از سوی شعبه ۲۸ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به اعدام محکوم شد ولی حکم صادره توسط دیوان عالی کشور، نقض شد اما انور خضری و خسرو بشارت، در پرونده ای دیگر به اتهام مشارکت در قتل هر یک به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری و کامران شیخه هم مجددا به اعدام محکوم شد.
لازم به ذکر است، داوود عبدالهی، از زمان بازداشت، با انواع و اقسام موارد نقض حقوق بشر مواجه شد که می توان به ضرب و شتم و شکنجه جهت اقرار گیری در دوران بازجوئی و یا به صورت بلاتکلیف ماندن برای مدت طولانی در زندان و حتی در دادگاه و در طی روند دادرسی بر پرونده و شرایط دفاع از خود و حق انتخاب و حضور وکیل انتخابی شان را نداشته اند.

This Sunni citizen, after being arrested on February 8, 2010, was transferred to solitary cells in Urmia Intelligence Department and was kept in that detention centre for 8 months. All of these people were then transferred to Evin prison and spent 6 months in the solitary cells of Ward 240 and 209 of Evin, and after enduring 6 months of solitary confinement and uncertainty in Evin prison, they were transferred to Ward 350 of this prison and after 20 days Also, on April 13, 2012, he was transferred to Rajaei prison in Karaj.
Davoud Abdollahi, in the case that he, together with another group of Sunni citizens , in 2015, with accusations of membership in Salafi groups , propaganda against the regime , warfare , action against national security and corruption in the land by Mohammad Moqiseh the then judge was sentenced to death by branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, but the sentence issued by the Supreme Court of the country, was overturned, but Anwar Khezri and Khosro Basharat, in a case Also, on the charge of participation in murder , each of them was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment and Kamran Sheikha was again sentenced to death.
