پویا نوروزی ۲۷ ساله، ۲۰ دی در نوراباد ممسنی، با شروع تیراندازی حاضر نشد با جمعیت فرار کنه و ایستاد و به ماموران سنگ پرتاب کرد. او با شلیک تک تیرانداز مستقر در پشت بام یکی از ساختمان های نزدیک محل تجمع در بلوار هفت تیر، از پشت هدف اصابت گلوله جنگی قرار گرفت و کشته شد.
