نسیم غلامی سیمیاری متولد ۲۲ تیرماه ۱۳۶۷، که به بغی متهم است، به صورت بلاتکلیف در زندان اوین به سر می برد.
نسیم غلامی سیمیاری در تاریخ ۲۸ اردیبهشت ۱۴۰۲ توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه در یکی از خیابان های تهران بازداشت شد. پس از بازداشت به بند یک الف سپاه منتقل و در انفرادی مورد بازجویی قرار گرفت. پس از دو ماه به بند دو الف منتقل شد و نهایتاً در تاریخ ۴ مهرماه ۱۴۰۲ به بند زنان زندان اوین انتقال یافت.
با وجود برگزاری جلسه دادگاه در تاریخ ۱۰ تیرماه ۱۴۰۳ در شعبه ۲۶ دادگاه انقلاب تهران، هنوز حکمی برای وی صادر نشده است. این زندانی همچنان به صورت بلاتکلیف در بند زنان زندان اوین به سر می برد.
