افسانه رضویان، شهروند گیلک اهل چالوس، روز پنج شنبه ۱۸ دی ماه ۱۴۰۴ در جریان اعتراضات مردمی شهر چالوس با شلیک نیروهای سرکوبگر جمهوری اسلامی ایران کشته شد. بر اساس روایت های شاهدان عینی، پس از اصابت گلوله و افتادن افسانه رضویان بر زمین، نیروهای رژیم ایران با تیراندازی مانع نزدیک شدن شهروندان برای کمک و نجات پیکر او شدند و هر فردی که قصد امدادرسانی داشت، هدف شلیک قرار گرفت و چندین نفر در این جنایت کشته شدند. در نهایت، پیکر بی جان این شهروند در وسط خیابان باقی ماند.
