Comment: On Esfand 4, 1402 (February 23, 2024), he was arrested by security forces and transferred to Evin Prison. In early Azar of last year (November 2023), Branch 26 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Iman Afshari, issued sentences against these individuals on charges including baghi (armed rebellion) through membership in anti-regime groups, assembly and collusion to disrupt national security, forming illegal groups, destruction of public property, and illegal border crossing. This political defendant was sentenced to death.
