روز شنبه ۲۵شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، فردین پریسایی، اهل شهرستان دهدشت از توابع استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، توسط نیروهای امنیتی بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”آقای پریسایی توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه شهرستان دهدشت بازداشت شده و برای تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی منتقل شده و اتهامات وی (تلاش برای اغتشاش) و (اخلال در نظم عمومی) عنوان شده است.
فرهاد پریسایی، پس از بازداشت از حق دسترسی به وکیل و سایر حقوق شهروندی یک متهم محروم است.
