بر اساس گزارش رسیده به هه نگاو پنجشنبە ١٨ دی ماه ١٤٠٤ ٨ ژانویە ٢٠٢٦ رضا کریمی فر معلم بازنشسته ۵۶ ساله در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در چالوس از توابع استان مازندران در پی شلیک مستقیم پنج گلوله جنگی نیروهای سرکوبگر حکومتی به ناحیه پا و قلبش کشتە شد.
قابل ذکر است که رضا کریمی فر حین تلاش برای کمک به دختر معترضی که با شلیک گلوله جنگی نیروهای سرکوبگر به سرش به زمین افتاده بود ابتدا توسط این نیروها بە پای وی شلیک شده و سپس با شلیک چهار گلوله دیگر به قلبش جان خود را از دست داده است.
