روز جمعە ١٩ دی ماه ١٤٠٤ ٩ ژانویه ٢٠٢٦ ، محمدرضا عوض پور شهروند ١٩ سالە لُر، اهل شهرستان رومشکان از توابع لُرستان و ساکن تهران، در جریان اعتراضات مردمی در این شهر با شلیک مستقیم نیروهای حکومتی کشتە شد.
یک منبع مطلع در این بارە اعلام کرد کە محمدرضا عوض پور کە پیشتر پدر خود را از دست داده بود، برای تأمین معیشت خانواده اش، شامل مادر و دو خواهر ۱۵ و ۱۷ ساله، در تهران مشغول به کار بوده و شاگرد یک مغازه بوده است.
