به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از شورای هماهنگی تشکلهای صنفی فرهنگیان کشور، امروز یکشنبه ۲۶ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، محمود صفدری، ساکن بجنورد مرکز استان خراسان شمالی، معلم و از اعضای سازمان معلمان ایران، پس از تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار کفالت تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد. این فرهنگی بازنشسته، چندی پیش از بابت ۱ پرونده با ۲ کیفرخواست تفهیم اتهام و با تودع قرار کفالت آزاد شده بود.
براساس این گزارش، آزادی محمود صفدری، با تودیع قرار کفالت صورت گرفته و این فعال صنفی فرهنگیان باید در انتظار دریافت ابلاغیه برای حضور در جلسه دادرسی خود باشد.
لازم به اشاره است، محمود صفدری، در تاریخ ۲۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اطلاعات شهر بجنودر مرکز استان خراسان شمالی، بازداشت شده بود.
این عضو سازمان معلمان استان خراسان شمالی، چندی پیش به جلسه بازپرسی احضاریه و در تاریخ ۲۰ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، به همراه خسرو علیکردی ـ وکیل مدافع خود دفاعیاتشان را از بابت اتهامات (تبلیغ علیه نظام جمهوری اسلامی) و (تشویش اذهان عمومی) به بازپرس شعبه ۵ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب بجنورد، ارائه و با تودیع قرار کفالت آزاد شده بود.
