Comment: A prisoner sentenced to #execution is being held in Mahabad Prison. He was previously sentenced to death by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court of this city on the charge of armed uprising against the regime, and his case is currently under review by the Supreme Court. According to information received by HRANA, Mr. Bakhshi was previously sentenced to death by Branch One of the Revolutionary Court of Mahabad County, presided over by Judge Siyami, on the charge of armed uprising against the regime.
