دلارام کاظمی، زن کُرد اهل گیلانغرب، که شامگاه چهارشنبه ۱۷ دی ۱۴۰۴ هـ.ش در جریان تجمعات اعتراضی این شهر توسط نیروهای سازمان اطلاعات سپاه بازداشت شده بود، در بازداشتگاه جان باخته است.
براساس اطلاعات به دست آمده، مأموران امنیتی هنگام بازداشت با خشونت شدید به او حمله کرده و دستان و دنده هایش را شکسته بودند. دلارام کاظمی مادر دو فرزند و تنها نان آور خانواده بود
