به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کُردپا، روز سه شنبه ۱۴ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، لقمان پیشیار، اهل بوکان از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، توسط قاضی شعبه دادگاه انقلاب شهرستان بوکان، به تحمل ۳ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
براساس دادنامه صادره، لقمان پیشیار، از بابت اتهام عضویت و همکاری با یکی از احزاب کُرد اپوزیسیون حکومت ایران به تحمل ۳ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، لقمان پیشیار، در تاریخ ۱۹ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران امنیتی در شهرستان بوکان، دستگیر و برای تشکیل پرونده به بازداشتگاهی منتقل و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام تا زمان تامین و تودیع وثیقه به زندان شهرستان بوکان منتقل و در تاریخ ۱۶ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱ میلیارد تومان، آزاد شد.
