روز چهارشنبه ١٧ آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲ کامیاب راعی نیز، توسط ماموران امنیتی در یزد بازداشت و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد. بازداشت کامیاب راعی توسط نیروهای امینتی در منزل شخصی این شهروند صورت گرفته و وسایل شخصی وی مانند کتاب، تلفن همراه و لپ تاپ نیز، ضبط شد.
