به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز دوشنبه ۱۳ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، صمد پورشه، از بازداشت شدگان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، پس از احضار به شعبه اول بازپرسی دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب شهر یاسوج مرکز استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد، برگزار شد.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”در این جلسه بازپرسی صمد پورشه از بابت اتهامات تشویش اذهان عمومی در فضای مجازی و فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام تفهیم اتهام قرار گرفت و پرونده این شهروند پس از تنظیم کیفرخواست به دادگاه ارجاع شد.”
لازم به اشاره است، صمد پورشه، در تاریخ ۲۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اطلاعات سپاه فتح در شهر یاسوج، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امیتی و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی باسوج منتقل و اوایل آبان ماه ۱۴۰۲، با تودیع وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۱ میلیارد تومان تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
