به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، روز شنبه ۱ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، آرمین رستمی، اهل و ساکن گرگان و برادر آیدا رستمی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان امیرآباد، پس از تشکیل جلسه بازپرسی در شعبه ۲ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گرگان و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار کفالت تا اتمام مراحل دادرسی آزاد شد.
در این جلسه بازپرسی که به ریاست بازپرس مصطفی زاده ـ رئیس شعبه ۲ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گرگان برگزار شد آرمین رستی دفاعایت خود را از بابت اتهام (فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) ارائه و با همین اتهام کیفرخواست وی تنظیم در نهایت با تودیع کفالتی به مبلغ ۱۰۰ میلیون تومان، آزاد شد.
یک فرد مطلع از روند حقوقی پرونده آرمین رستمی به گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران گفت:”مبنی بازداشت و تشکیل این پرونده بر علیه آقای رستمی به فعالیتهای وی در فضای مجازی بازمی گردد و ما امیدوار هستیم لایحه دفاعیه ای که آقای رمضان حاجی مشهدی برای اعلام وکالت به این پرونده به بازپرس شعبه ۲ دادسرای گرگان دادند مورد تائید قاضی دادگاه در مرحله محاکمه قرار بگیرد.”
لازم به اشاره است، آرمین رستمی، در تاریخ ۲۸ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران حفاظت اطلاعات نیروی انتظامی در شهر گرگان، دستگیر و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه پلیس امنیت و طی مراحل بازجویی ها سپس به ۲۹ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، به ۲ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب گرگان، منتقل و با صدور قرار قضایی به زندان امیرآباد منتقل شده بود.
