در خبری دیگر به نقل از کمپین فعالین بلوچ، روز پنجشنبه ۲۶ بهمن ماه ۱۴۰۲، علی اکبر کوهکن، متولد: ۱۳۸۲، فرزند: حلیم، اهل استان سیستان و بلوچستان، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در بازداشتگاه اداره اطلاعات زاهدان، آزاد شد.
آزادی علی اکبر کوهکن در پی وخامت وضعیت جسمانی وی بر اثر بیماری تیروئید و نیاز وی به خدمات پزشکی و درمانی عنوان شده است.
لازم به اشاره است، علیر اکبر کوهکن، در تاریخ ۱۸ بهمن مله ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهر زاهدان، دستگیر و به بازداشتگاه اداره کل اطلاعات استان سیستان و بلوچستان در شهر زاهدان منتقل شد و با توجه به سابقه بیماری تیروئید از زمان بازداشت چند مرحله با تنگی نفس و بیهوشی مواجه شده بود.
