وی در جمعه خونین زاهدان توسط ماموران امنیتی از ناحیه لگن و کمر مورد اصابت گلوله قرار گرفته بود.
تا تاریخ ۲۳ فروردین۱۴۰۳ از دلایل بازداشت، محل نگهداری و اتهامات مطروحه علیه این شهروند ۳۲ساله اطلاعی در دست نیست.
