بر اساس گزارش رسیده به سازمان حقوق بشری هه نگاو، آمنه سلیمانی، پزشک متخصص و مدیر یک کلینیک پوست در اردبیل، به دلیل انجام وظیفه اخلاقی و حرفه ای خود و درمان معترضان آسیب دیده، بازداشت شده و خبری از سرنوشت او در دسترس نیست. این پزشک در تاریخ ٢٧ دی ماه در جریان یورش نیروهای اطلاعات به منزل شخصی اش در اردبیل و با توسل به خشونت شدید بازداشت شده و نگرانی جدی در مورد سلامت جانی او در بازداشتگاه وجود دارد.
