به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز پنجشنبه ۱۶ آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، ندا محبی شهروند بهائی ساکن استان همدان و محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان آن استان، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام، با تودیع قرار وثیقه آزاد شد.
علیرغم آزادی ندا محبی، با تودیع وثیقه اما از مصایق حقوقی اتهامات تفهیم شده به این شهروند اطلاعی حاصل نشده است
