به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، امروز چهارشنبه ۱۲ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، مهرداد قادری، شهروند ساکن تبریز مرکز استان آذربایجان شرقی با توجه به گذشت مدتی قابل توجه از تاریخ دستگیری از حقوق اولیه یک متهم برای تعیین وضعیت، محروم است.
براساس این گزارش، با احتساب امروز چهارشنبه، از بازداشت مهرداد قاردی ۲۱ روز سپری شده اما قرار قضایی پرونده این فرد، بازداشت موقت است.
به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”تا به امروز، مهرداد قادری، از حقوق اولیه خود برای دسترسی به وکیل و حتی برقراری تماس تلفنی با خانواده خود محروم هستند
