آذر ماه ۱۴۰۲، حسین آزادی، فعال ملی مدنی، محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان مرکزی تبریز، پس از اتمام بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام با تودیع قرار وثیقه ای به مبلغ ۵۰۰ میلیون تومان آزاد شد.
همچنین، علیرغم آزادی حسین آزادی با تودیع قرار وثیقه صورت گرفته اما از مصادیق حقوقی اتهانات منتسب شده به وی اطلاعی حاصل نشده است.
لازم به اشاره است، حسین آزادی، در تاریخ ۱ مهر ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط نیروهای امنیتی در شهرک باغمیشه از توابع تبریز، بازداشت و پس از طی مراحل بازجویی ها و و تفهیم اتهام به زندان مرکزی تبریز منتقل شده بود.
