به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران به نقل از کُردپا، طی روزهای اخیر، ماموستا حسن خضری ـ امام جمعه روستای بیوران علیا از توابع شهرستان سردشت از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی، به شعبه دادگاه ویژه روحانیت در شهر ارومیه احضار شد. براساس این گزارش، مقرر شده تا این فعال مذهبی اهل سنت برای دومین مرتبه جهت ارائه دفاعیات خود در تاریخ ۱۳ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، به قاضی دادگاه ویژه روحانیت استان آذربایجان غربی در آن جلسه دادرسی حاضر شود.
تشکیل پرونده قضایی بر علیه ، ماموستا حسن خضری پس از آن صورت گرفت که او در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱، حمایت خود را از اعتراضات مذکور اعلام کرده و به نهادهای امنیتی ـ انتظامی در شهرستان سردشت احضار شده بودند
