روز ۵ مهر ۱۴۰۲ کیانوش چراغی ۴۳ ساله اهل دهلران استان ایلام با یورش مامورین امنیتی در منزلش بازداشت شد و به مکان نامعلومی منتقل شد.
وی کارمند اداره تامین اجتماعی بود که در جریان اعتراضات سراسری ۱۴۰۱ به نشانه اعتراض استعفا داده بود.
