Comment: A political prisoner from Kermanshah, is currently being held in Evin Prison. He was recently sentenced to death by Branch 28 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court on the charge of "corruption on earth."

Comment:On the night of Monday, the 23rd of Tir (July 14, 2025), agents from the Ministry of Intelligence carried out a sudden raid on the home of the father of political prisoner Pejman Toubareh Rizi, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation for the family. Pejman Toubareh Rizi, a 32-year-old from Kermanshah, was previously held in Evin Prison before the bombing and is currently incarcerated in Fashafouyeh Prison. He suffers from heart failure and is under increased pressure in prison, but Fashafouyeh authorities are refusing to provide him with necessary medical care.
