Samaneh Abdi was a trans man who had graduated with an associate degree in accounting and was working at one of the large manufacturing companies in Karaj, in the Baghestan area.

Samaneh Abdi was a member of the queer community and, despite being assigned female at birth, did not identify as a girl. At only 24 years old, he was forced to work not only at the factory but also as a Snapp ridehailing driver in order to cover his living expenses on his own.

The neighborhood where Samaneh lived did not have the capacity to accept this issue his belonging to the queer community . However, at his mourning ceremony, the photo placed on his grave was not a feminine one, and it seemed that his family had ultimately accepted his gender identity.

سمانه عبدی مرد ترنسی بود که در رشته حسابداری، در مقطع فوق دیپلم، فارغ التحصیل شده بود و در یکی از تولیدی های بزرگ کرج در «باغستان» مشغول به کار بود.

سمانه عبدی، عضوی از جامعه کوئیر بود و با وجود جنسیت منتسب به زن به او، خودش را دختر نمی دانست. او که تنها ۲۴ سال سن داشت، مجبور بود بعد از کار در تولیدی به عنوان راننده اسنپ نیز کار کند و از پس مخارج خود به تنهایی بربیاید.

محله ای که سمانە در آن زندگی می کرد ظرفیت پذیرفتن این مساله تعلق او به جامعه کوئیر را نداشت. اما در نهایت خانواده در مراسم سوگواریش، عکسی کە بر مزارش گذاشته بودند، عکس دخترانه ای نبود و به نظر می رسید، بالاخره هویت جنسیتی او را پذیرفته بودند
