به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، شنبه ۲۰ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، حورا نیک بخت، زندانی سیاسی محبوس در زندان اوین، در حالی دوران حبس تعزیری خود را سپری می کند که از حقوق اولیه خود از جمله حق درمان و رسیدگی تخصصی پزشکی محروم شده است. این زندانی سیاسی به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شده است.
به نقل از یک فرد نزدیک به خانواده این زندانی سیاسی در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران: ”این زندانی سیاسی مدتی است که از لرزش اعضای بدن در رنج است و علت اصلی آن به استرس و فشارهای روحی روانی باز می گردد که با آن دست به گریبان شده و روز پنجشنبه در پی وخامت وضعیت جسمانی، ضعف شدید در تکلم، بصورت اورژانسی به بهداری زندان اوین منتقل شد و در پی بررسی های اولیه بنا بر تجویز پزشک بهداری به مشخص شد که سکته مغزی کرده و به بیمارستان شهدای تجریش منتقل شد. در پی معاینات پزشکان در بیمارستان مشخص شده که وی شکته مغزی نکرده ولی در خطر مشکلات شدید اعصاب قرار دارد و تداوم نگهداری وی در محیط پر استرس زندان منجر به وخامت بیشتر وضعیت جسمانی اش می شود. حورا نیک بخت، ظهر جمعه به زندان اوین بازگردانده شده ولی نیازمند در نظر گرفتن اقدامات درمانی جدی، اعزام به مرخصی و حتی مستحق صدور گواهی توقف ادامه حبس است.”
لازم به اشاره است، جلسه دادرسی به اتهام حورا نیک بخت، در تاریخ ۲۰ تیر ماه ۱۴۰۳، توسط قاضی ایمان افشاری ـ در شعبه ۲۶دادگاه انقلاب تهران، برگزار و در تاریخ ۶ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، از بابت اتهام «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، به تحمل ۱ سال حبس تعزیری محکوم شد.
حورا نیک بخت، در تاریخ ۱۹ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، با دریافت ابلاغیه ای کتبی به شعبه ۳ بازپرسی دادسرای ناحیه ۳۳ تهران، احضار و در تاریخ ۲۳ خرداد ماه ۱۴۰۳، پس از حضور در جلسه بازپرسی و تفهیم اتهامات «فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام»، بازداشت و به بند عمومی زنان زندان اوین منتقل و در وضعیت بلاتکلیفی بسر برده بود.

Comment:On August 10, 2024, this political prisoner was deprived of his basic rights, including the right to treatment and specialized medical treatment. On Thursday, August 8, 2024, due to the deterioration of her physical condition, severe weakness in speech, she was urgently transferred to Evin prison hospital, and after preliminary examinations, the doctor diagnosed a stroke and was transferred to Tajrish Martyrs Hospital. The doctors at the hospital rejected the diagnosis , but diagnosed her with risk of serious neurological problems, and that her continued detention in the stressful environment of the prison will lead to further deterioration of her physical condition, but she was returned to Evin prison at noon on Friday, but she needs to consider serious medical measures.
