روز سه شنبه ۲۸ شهریورماه ۱۴۰۲، یاسمین حشدری، اهل و ساکن شهرستان انزلی از توابع استان گیلان و محبوس و بلاتکلیف در زندان لاکان رشت، پس از تفهیم اتهام با تودیع وثیقه آزاد شد.
به نقل از یک منبع مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”اتهام تفهیم شده به خانم حشدری(فعالیت تبلیغی علیه نظام) عنوان شده و او باید در انتظار دریافت ابلاغیه برای حضور در جلسه دادرسی باشد.”
لازم به اشاره ات، یاسمین حشدری، در تاریخ ۲۵ شهریور ماه ۱۴۰۲، توسط ماموران اداره اطلاعات در شهرستان انزلی، بازداشت و پس از انتقال به بازداشتگاه آن نهاد امنیتی در شهر رشت و طی مراحل بازجویی ها و تفهیم اتهام در نهایت به زندان لاکان رشت منتقل شده بود.
