According to Human Rights in Iran, at dawn today, Wednesday, May 1, 2024, Anvar Khezri, a Sunni citizen from Mahabad city of West Azarbaijan province and a politicalideological prisoner, imprisoned in Ghezelhesar prison in Karaj, was executed.

According to an informed person in a conversation with a human rights reporter in Iran: "In view of the fact that the death sentence of Anvar Khezri was carried out in Ghezelhesar prison early morning and the family of this prisoner received his body, it is being transferred to Mahabad city for the ceremony. are burials.”

It should be mentioned, Anvar Khezri, in a joint case together with Farhad Salimi, Ayoub Karimi, Qasim Abste, Dawood Abdullahi, Khosro Basharat and Kamran Sheikha, first in 2015, with accusations membership in Salafi groups , propaganda against Nizam , war , action against national security and corruption in the land were sentenced to death by Mohammad Moqiseh, the then judge of the 28th branch of the Tehran Revolutionary Court, but the sentence issued by Judge Razini in the 41st branch of the Supreme Court was overturned, but Anvar In another case, with Khosro Besharat were sentenced to 10 years in prison each for participating in the murder, and Kamran Sheikha was again sentenced to death.

Anwar Khezri, along with 7 other defendants in this case, after being arrested on 8th of February 2010, were transferred to solitary cells in Urmia Intelligence Department and were kept in that detention centre for 8 months. All of these people were then transferred to Evin prison and spent 6 months in the solitary cells of Ward 240 and 209 of Evin, and after enduring 6 months of solitary confinement and uncertainty in Evin prison, they were transferred to Ward 350 of this prison and after 20 days Also on April 13, 2012, they were transferred to Rajaei Shahr Prison in Karaj, but after the announcement of the closure of this prison on August 1, 2023, they were transferred to Ghezelhesar Prison in Karaj from the 7th hall of the 21st hall of Rajaie Shahr Prison in Karaj.

The execution of this prisoner has not been announced by the Iranian media or official sources until the moment of writing this news.

به گزارش حقوق بشر در ایران، سحرگاه امروز چهارشنبه ۱۲ اردیبهشت ماه ۱۴۰۳، انور خضری، شهروند اهل سنت، اهل شهرستان مهاباد از توابع استان آذربایجان غربی و زندانی سیاسی ـ عقیدتی، محبوس در زندان قزلحصار کرج، اعدام شد.

به نقل از یک فرد مطلع در گفتگو با گزارشگر حقوق بشر در ایران:”با توجه به اینکه حکم اعدام انور خضری سحرگاه در زندان قزلحصار انجام شده و خانواده این زندانی جسد وی را تحویل گرفتند در حال انتقال به شهرستان مهاباد برای انجام مراسم تدفین هستند.”

لازم به اشاره است،انور خضری، در پرونده ای مشترک به همراه فرهاد سلیمی، ایوب کریمی، قاسم آبسته، داوود عبداللهی، خسرو بشارت و کامران شیخه، ابتدا در سال ۱۳۹۴، با اتهامات عضویت در گروه های سلفی ، تبلیغ علیه نظام ، محاربه ، اقدام علیه امنیت ملی و افساد فی الارض توسط محمد مقیسه ـ قاضی وقت شعبه ۲۸ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به اعدام محکوم شدند ولی حکم صادره توسط قاضی رازینی در شعبه ۴۱ دیوان عالی کشور، نقض شد اما انور خضری و خسرو بشارت، در پرونده ای دیگر به اتهام مشارکت در قتل هر یک به تحمل ۱۰ سال حبس تعزیری و کامران شیخه هم مجددا به اعدام محکوم شده بودند.

انور خضری، به همراه ۷ متهم دیگر این پرونده، پس از بازداشت در تاریخ ۱۹ بهمن ۱۳۸۸، به سلول های انفرادی در اداره اطلاعات ارومیه منتقل و ۸ ماه در آن بازداشتگاه بطور بلاتکلیف نگهداری شدند. جملگی این افراد سپس به زندان اوین منتقل و مدت ۶ ماه را در سلول های انفرادی بند ۲۴۰ و ۲۰۹ اوین به سر بردند و پس از تحمل ۶ ماه سلول انفرادی و بلاتکلیفی در زندان اوین، به بند ۳۵۰ این زندان منتقل و بعد از گذشت ۲۰ روز نیز در ۲۵ فروردین ماه ۱۳۹۱، به زندان رجایی شهر کرج منتقل شدند اما پس از اعلام تعطیلی این زندان در تاریخ ۱۰ مرداد ماه ۱۴۰۲، از اندرزگاه ۷ سالن ۲۱ زندان رجائی شهر کرج به زندان قزلحصار کرج منتقل شده بود.

اعدام این زندانی تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر از سوی رسانه های داخل ایران و یا منابع رسمی اعلام نشده است.
